Inside Travel Group is currently accepting applications for Field Operations Team Leader to be based in Japan, with a view to joining the team from January 2024.
As a Field Operations Team Leader, you will be leading a team of our world-class tour leaders (Insiders), providing guidance, coaching, training, and managerial support to ensure clients have a memorable experience.
You will be accountable for the performance of the full-time Insider team and freelance tour leaders and will be expected to troubleshoot, coordinate ongoing training, implement quality control, and provide support and advice through shadowing tours and regular catchups. You will also be stepping in as a high-level tour leader and guide to conduct training tours and provide guiding services in case of emergency or when a suitable tour guide is not available. You will also manage incidents on the ground, implement quality control, and ensure that our tours meet ITG standards to result in excellent client experiences.
