Inside Travel Group (ITG) is home to InsideJapan Tours (IJT), a market-leading ‘cultural adventure’ Japan travel brand serving well over ten-thousand passengers a year from the UK, US and Australia. But alongside the Japan powerhouse sits InsideAsia Tours (IAT), the younger sibling. Smaller, hungrier, and ready to grow. We are currently recruiting for the leader who will take IAT on this growth journey from challenger brand to being a market-leading Asia specialist.
This is a role that will challenge any candidate. From big picture strategy to day-to-day operations, a huge variety of projects and tasks will compete for your attention. Working with mangers across our global offices, you’ll need to build the team and take them on the journey with you as we roll out new destinations across Asia, setting core strategy and building the brand in all three target markets. For all things IAT you sit at the apex of the Sales, Product, Marketing triangle and will help create alignment of purpose and plans, nurturing collaboration and ensuring the three functions deliver for the brand and the business. The role requires you to be relentlessly customer focused, never losing sight of the wants and needs of our target audience and ensuing you know what matters to them most.
