InsideJapan Tours is hiring a senior position that will directly impact the buying strategy for product worth ¥9 billion+ of sales annually. The Commercial Manager position is a role that exists to ensure that we have access to the best experiences, locations, and accommodation in Japan. You will work with our suppliers to negotiate business relationships that are win-win for all involved; good for the planet, local stakeholders, our business, our suppliers, and our customers. Aside from our many external partners, you will work alongside a global team of great people. Our people are what make us the best travel operator in Japan.
For experienced and proven managers with experience of contracting and purchasing, this role is an opportunity to leverage your knowledge and be a difference maker in our business. You will have the opportunity to travel across Japan regularly to meet with suppliers and engage with our service providers.
