We are always on the lookout for Southeast Asia specialist Travel Consultants to join our growing Sales team in all of our Sales branches: Bristol (UK), Brisbane (Australia) and Broomfield (USA).
As a Travel Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers looking to travel to Southeast Asia. You’ll use your knowledge of Southeast Asia to help clients plan their perfect trip, and then use your sales skills to convert as many enquiries as possible to bookings. You’ll offer excellent customer service throughout the customer’s journey with us, leaving every customer with a positive impression to maximise repeat business and personal recommendations. You’ll work as part of a team of other Japan specialists Travel Consultants, under the leadership of one of our dedicated Sales Team Leaders.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about Southeast Asia, highly organised, and who can demonstrate a determination to make sales and achieve targets. Exceptional communication skills are non-negotiable – you’ll need confidence, and the ability to connect with others to be at your best in this role. You’ll also have excellent time management, being able to manage competing tasks and prioritize them accordingly to ensure you deliver the very best service to our customers.
Previous experience in the travel industry is beneficial but not essential. While our preference is for hybrid of office-based working, we are open to considering remote working for strong candidates.
