We’ve just released dates for our 2025 Small Group Tours, along with our new online brochure (available here).
To celebrate, we’re launching our biggest agent incentive to date: the first ten agents to book three spaces on any of our Small Group Tours will earn a complimentary place on one, too. We know Japan’s a bestselling destination – and we’d love for you to experience it first hand.
How does it work?
If you are one of the first ten agents to book three client places onto any Small Group Tour between 1 January 2024 and 31 July 2024, we’ll give you a free spot on one, too. We’ll give you a list of available trips and dates from our essential range to choose from. It doesn’t stop there, though – sell four spots and you can pick a Classic tour, and six spots will earn you a Superior trip.
FAQ
1. Are flights included?
No, sorry. We’ll fund your place on the Small Group Tour, but you’ll have to cover the cost of getting there.
2. Can I transfer the free trip to someone else?
We can only offer this incentive to the person who made the bookings.
3. Can I pick any date from any of your trips?
When you’ve sold your three spots and are ready to claim the incentive, we’ll give you a list of available dates and trips to pick from.
4. I’ve already won a FOC from you – can I combine the incentives?
This incentive is only valid if you or your agency haven’t received a FOC from us between the 1 January 2022 to July 2024.
5. How long do I have until I can claim my Small Group Tour?
You have 12 months from the moment you make your third booking to claim your free Small Group Tour.
6. Do you include travel insurance and other add-ons?
This incentive only covers what is already included on the Small Group Tour. You’ll need to cover anything extra.
7. Which trips can I claim?
- Book 3 small group tour passengers and could claim an Essential small group tour from a curated list
- Book 4 small group tour passengers and could claim an Classic small group tour from a curated list
- Book 6 small group tour passengers and could claim an Superior small group tour from a curated list
